Terms

A reading drafts one entry from a receipt or email. Readings cost $0.05 each, bought in whole dollars from $10. They never expire and are not tied to a project.

Stripe sells readings to you as merchant of record. Stripe charges any sales tax or VAT, issues the receipt, and handles refunds and disputes under its own terms.

Readings are not refundable, except for a billing error. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the readings it bought are taken back, and your balance can go below zero.
